If you have never attended one of these events, you need to. These sales happen a few times a year (usually in Jan/Feb and June/July) in various locations around Atlanta. You can get great deals on Spring and early Summer clothes.
I recommend going as early as possible as all the good stuff goes fast. There are usually communal fitting rooms to try stuff on- therefore I recommend wearing leggings or something that you feel comfortable wearing in front of others. None of the boutiques allow returns on the items, so make sure you love what you buy. They also usually only take cash or check (some vendors will take credit cards).
My two favorite stores on this list are Kelly's Closet and Lisa Brown.

I went today around lunch time and scored two dresses :) Thanks for the tip. I haven't gone to something like this in quite a few years.
